- Payments for job seeker subscriptions (₹99 + GST/week) for unlimited applications are non-refundable after activation.
- Job seekers have 5 free job applications before any payment is required; no refunds apply during free usage.
- Subscriptions can be canceled anytime to stop future payments, but no refunds are issued for the current billing period.
- Refunds will not be processed if verification is incomplete or fraudulent activity is suspected.
- Technical issues preventing access to paid services may be eligible for refunds or credits upon review.
- No refunds will be given based on the outcome of job applications or hiring results.
- The company reserves the right to modify this policy at any time with prior notice to users.
